What should a correction request include?
Include the page URL, the exact statement that may be wrong, the proposed correction and the source used to verify it.
Correction requests are easier to assess when the supporting source is current and directly related to the claim. For product pricing or policy changes, an official seller page, checkout screenshot or dated manufacturer document is generally more useful than an undated third-party summary.
How should a product price update be reported?
Provide the product name, package quantity, listed price, currency, shipping status, date checked and official seller URL.
Please specify whether the amount is a full package total, per-unit price, subscription price or introductory offer. This prevents a promotional per-unit figure from being mistaken for the total checkout amount.
Can brands request a review or page update?
Yes, brands and representatives may provide factual material, but they cannot purchase editorial approval or removal of accurate limitations.
Useful submissions include current product labels, ingredient lists, specifications, refund terms, official pricing and dated policy documents. Promotional statements may be reviewed, but they are not accepted as established facts solely because a brand supplied them.
What information should not be sent?
Do not send payment details, passwords, medical records, government identification or other sensitive personal information.
Xenowell does not process product orders or refunds. Questions about delivery, billing, subscriptions, returns or damaged goods should be directed to the seller shown on the order confirmation.
Where should legal or privacy enquiries be sent?
Send legal, privacy or data requests to the same email address with a clear subject line describing the request.
For privacy matters, identify the email address or contact submission concerned so the request can be located. Do not include additional sensitive information unless it is necessary.
